Accounting Specialist

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented team player to join our Accounting team as an Accounting Specialist.
You will:
- Process setup and deposit invoices to customers (multi-currency), making sure all details are correct and accurate
- Perform and reconcile termination process and deposits returns in a timely manner and according to the procedures / standards
- Support FinOps team with AP deposits and invoices
- Collaborate with other teams in continuous improvement activities and initiatives
- Support ad hoc tasks as required
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel)
- Knowledge in AR/OTC process
- Knowledge of Netsuite
- Very good command of English
- University degree (preferable Accounting or Finance area)
- Very good teamwork and communication skills with the ability to operate with stakeholders
- Strong attention to details, organizational and problem-solving mindset.
- Team player with great interpersonal skills.
- High level of accuracy, efficiency, and accountability
