We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented team player to join our Accounting team as an Accounting Specialist.

You will: 

  • Process setup and deposit invoices to customers (multi-currency), making sure all details are correct and accurate
  • Perform and reconcile termination process and deposits returns in a timely manner and according to the procedures / standards
  • Support FinOps team with AP deposits and invoices
  • Collaborate with other teams in continuous improvement activities and initiatives
  • Support ad hoc tasks as required

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel) 
  • Knowledge in AR/OTC process
  • Knowledge of Netsuite
  • Very good command of English
  • University degree (preferable Accounting or Finance area)
  • Very good teamwork and communication skills with the ability to operate with stakeholders
  • Strong attention to details, organizational and problem-solving mindset.
  • Team player with great interpersonal skills.
  • High level of accuracy, efficiency, and accountability
